Our Patient Bill of Rights

We like to think our clinic is different than most clinics. Here is our list of 10 reasons why we think so.
1. We encourage questions. We are always here for any question.
2. Our 15 minute NO-WAIT policy. If you ever have to waitin our wating room for more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time—-YOUR VISIT IS FREE!!!
3. We don’t charge to fill out any forms for you. Some offices charge as much as $25 to fill out simple diasability forms.
4. We rturn phone calls. We do our best to return your phone call within 15 minutes.
5. Total email access to our office. OrtegaChiroJD@aol.com is the best way to reach a doctor. We will get back to you ASAP.
6. Appointments within 24 hours. Usually the same day.
7. Family Priority. We will always make time to see family memebers of our patients.
8. We don’t charge for copies of your records. They are YOUR records.
9. Free Notary. Free to practice memebers.
10. Need to fax something. Use ours. It’s free to practice members too.
We hope these things make us a little different then most offices.
